RESPEC recently received two contracts to perform water rights work for the City of Rapid City.  The first contract will involve providing an engineering report, preliminary pipeline design, and necessary technical support to the City, enabling them to transfer a water right from a downstream user to the City’s intake galleries.  The second contract will involve validating an existing water right held by the City’s wastewater treatment plant.
