On June 15, 2007, PHC Reclamation, Inc. (PHC-REC) entered into a Professional Services Subcontract with Trihydro Corporation (Trihydro) to assist with the completion of Wyoming Department of Environmental  Quality/Abandoned Mine Lands Division (AML) Project 17L. Work performed includes: identifying surface and mineral owners and leaseholders, obtaining consent to conduct site inventories, determining site eligibility, conducting site investigations, preparing clearance documents, and preparing plans and specifications associated with the mitigation of physical and environmental hazards relating to abandoned underground coal mines located in Carbon and Albany Counties, Wyoming.
