Estimating resources using geological models constructed from drillhole data.

For resource estimation, a geological model was constructed from drillhole data derived from the drilling programs. The model was developed with the Vulcan software package using the Integrated Stratigraphic Modeling tool, which integrates the stratigraphic and assay data into a comprehensive, three-dimensional grid model. Quality grids were developed for all of the key stratigraphic intervals and variables, including potassium oxide (K2O), insolubles, and carnallite. Interpolation for assay values and potash member thicknesses was performed using inverse distance weighted interpolation.
