DATA CENTER MANAGER
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO
Job Description: RESPEC’s Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) business unit seeks an experienced Data Center Manager for a multiyear contract. The Data Center Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Administer and safeguard efficient and reliable centralized electronic storage area networks (SAN), such as Network Attached Storage, Content Addressable Storage, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS environments, and all other technologies that are classified as storage technology
- Oversee, evaluate, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SAN and related technologies, system upgrades, and optimization storage strategies
- Ensure that the data storage needs of the company are continually met so that business can run efficiently
Qualifications: Bachelor of science degree with 8 to 10 years of directly applicable experience.
Compensation: Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package that consists of medical, vision, dental, cafeteria plan, holidays, paid leave, 401(k) Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), continuing education, and professional societies. RESPEC is a 100% ESOP-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the ESOP after a qualifying period. Wage will be commensurate with education and experience.
