RESPEC PROJECT

The City and Borough of Juneau hired RESPEC to design power and lighting for a new launch ramp and parking area at Statter Harbor that would have minimal impact on the neighboring properties.

During the design phase, RESPEC completed a three-dimensional rendering for the parking area lighting to show neighboring property owners that the lighting was low level and would have minimal light trespass on their properties. Pole-mounted area lights that cover the main parking area and illuminate a walkway along the water’s edge were installed. Lighting and power were also provided for a shelter overlooking the launch ramps.
