Led and funded by employee-owners, the RESPEC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that turns these values into action by investing in education, sustainability, and community well-being.

Scholarships
We believe talent should never be limited by opportunity. The RESPEC Foundation provides scholarships that help students pursue degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Funded by employee-owners and the company, these scholarships ease financial barriers and open pathways to the next generation of innovators.
STEM Education
In partnership with the South Dakota Space Grant Consortium, the Foundation supports an earth science curriculum designed to spark curiosity about geology, mineral resources, and environmental stewardship. Through hands-on programs in local schools, students gain early exposure to STEM careers and learn how science can shape a sustainable future.
