To maintain smooth day-to-day operations, we organized the project into three waves: Data Collection and Design, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Migration, and Customer Enhancements. The first wave introduced a centralized data hub with smart transformation tools, enhancing accuracy, access, and security. This flexible setup supports both manual and automated meters, allowing the utility to adopt new field technologies without major overhauls.
