  • Prepared Potential to Emit (PTE) Calculations and slide deck for pre-application meeting

  • Prepared and submitted the general permit determination of applicability application for beneficial reuse of the landfill gas, including PPC Plan

  • Worked with client to craft suitable synthetic minor limits that would not impact operating hours or gas throughput, important to their contracts and landfill agreements
  • RESPEC’ experience with aggregation analyses saved the client time and money by not making them aggregate emissions with the landfill, which would trigger Title V Major Source status, which in turn means increased permit and emission fees, along with additional reporting requirements
  • Worked with client and PA DEP using their PACT Tool to agree on relevant environmental program areas affected by the project, including Environmental Justice (EJ) implications
