Developed a hybrid cooling system with dry and wet cooling to increase generation in the summer months. Activites Performed: Led the conceptual design and feasibility study to refurbish the dry cooling tower system to a hybrid system to increase generation during the summer months. The results were positive. The developer was not able to secure the necessary water rights and the project was not constructed.
