Ensuring Regulatory Compliance with the City of Glendale

2020-ongoing
Glendale, Colorado
City of Glendale, Colorado

The City of Glendale needs to ensure all necessary regulations are being followed with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permitting. RESPEC is working with the city to update program documents and city codes; inspect construction sites; and oversee drainage and erosion control plans for city projects. Performing these tasks helps to prevent erosion and improve water quality, which are essential for protecting the environment and community.

RESPEC is also accountable for preparing and submitting the MS4 Annual Report, which is a comprehensive overview of the city’s accordance with permit requirements. This report is critical in demonstrating compliance to the regulatory agencies and stakeholders as well as establishing that the city is meeting all necessary standards.

To enlighten the public on the importance of protecting the environment, RESPEC coordinates community education and outreach activities. This effort helps to ensure that Glendale’s citizens know what they can do to continue regulation compliance.

Our teams’ work is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in Glendale. By performing our duties with expertise and diligence, we help keep the community and environment healthy and thriving.
