RESPEC provided engineering design and permitting services during the development of the proposed 90,000 sq. ft. Material Recycling Facility (MRF) on their 196-acre property.

ENGINEERING, PERMITTING, and BID DOCUMENT PREPARATION

  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Prepared preliminary and final Land Development (LD) plans
  • Developed Stormwater Management, E&S, Post-Construction Stormwater Management Plans and Reports
  • Obtained NPDES Construction, PennDOT, and Building Permits
  • Bid Document Preparation and Bid Support

CONSTRUCTION

  • Construction Administrative services to assist with RFIs and submittals related to site/civil concerns
  • Construction certification report preparation
