Replaced an 800 HP crusher with a 500 HP crusher and increased the average production rate from 1,200 tph to 2,000 tph.

Operational improvements allowed for the elimination of the client’s need for 2nd Shift thereby significantly reducing annual operating costs. ROI in only 2 years which is half of the normal ROI for a project of this nature.

The Project increased production over 1.4 M ton/yr while reducing the greenhouse gas emissions by over 130 tons/yr and the power usage over 300 HP.
