RESPEC Announces Board of Directors Change, Appoints Two New Members
RESPEC announces a recent change to its Board of Directors. Steve Steinheimer, who has served our board with dedication and insights for the past 2 years, has stepped down from his position. Following this departure, we are pleased to announce the appointments of Philip A Welling, RESPEC’s Chief Financial Officer, and Florida-based attorney Laura Donaldson to the Board, joining seven other current members. Welling and Donaldson bring leadership and a deep understanding of their industries to the positions.
During his tenure at RESPEC, Welling has guided the accounting department through significant periods of growth and change. With his in-depth understanding of creating the necessary infrastructure for rapid business expansion, he has played a key part in overseeing RESPEC’s recent growth. As an internal board member, Phil is dedicated to utilizing his expertise to ensure that RESPEC continues our upward trajectory.
Donaldson has extensive experience representing clients across legislative, executive, and governmental agencies on growth management, environmental, and local government matters. She has served as general counsel for local governments and special districts, offering expertise in environmental, government, and land use issues.
RESPEC congratulates Welling and Donaldson on their election to the Board of Directors! We believe their leadership and in-depth industry understanding will guide RESPEC toward continued success.
