RESPEC PROJECT

RESPEC have evaluated certain Bromine reserves and resources in the Kingdom of Jordan and in the Magnolia field, Arkansas, USA, for the past 5 years. The evaluation was conducted in compliance with subpart 1300 of Regulation SK. These reports contain forward-looking statements including expectations of future production and capital expenditures.

The reports comply with disclosure standards of the SEC S-K Regulation 1300 following the TRS outline described in CFR 17 and reports the estimated reserves for the Jordan and the Magnolia bromine operations as well as all summary information required as outlined in the SEC S-K Regulation 1300.
