RESPEC Project

To administer their performance appraisal system, the Albuquerque Bernalillo Water Utility Authority (ABWUA) was using a manual, paper-based process. This time-consuming method resulted in inconsistent processes and tracking as well as missing information. RESPEC conducted a requirements-gathering and business analyses to document the current environment at the ABWUA and then assisted the client in reengineering the performance appraisal system into a new, more efficient, automated process.
