Too much paper! Too slow! Too many errors! Too many user headaches! When the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) was ready to upgrade and go paperless, they needed a website that would allow rural healthcare practitioners to submit a tax credit application online and could also function internally as a powerful administrative tool. Our IT team listened to the needs of all users and quickly designed a solution. Within 4 months, we delivered an exponentially faster, easier, more accurate, and efficient website system built from the ground up with Microsoft ASP.NET, AngularJS, Angular Material, and Microsoft SQL Server.

The new website for New Mexico’s Rural Health Care Practitioner Tax Credit Program (RHCPTC) (https://rhcptc.nmhealth.org) is designed for modern browsers and provides a responsive layout that adjusts to the viewport of the user’s Internet access device. The extremely high client satisfaction resulted in RESPEC’s IT team being named as the provider of help desk support for the website and its users.
