RESPEC Purchases PHC Reclamation

May 2010—RESPEC’s acquisition of PHC Reclamation, Inc. (PHC-REC) brings together two successful organizations with proven track records of delivering the highest level of professional services. The combined technical expertise of the RESPEC and PHC-REC team increases our ability to serve the needs of the mining reclamation and environmental restoration markets through turnkey solutions, including reclamation design and construction services. Through the acquisition of PHC-REC, RESPEC now has an established physical presence in the key western states of Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. Essential to the continuity of operations, Chris Walla will continue to serve in a leadership role directing the company’s projects throughout the western US.
